Controls when Kea replaces the hostname supplied by a client before sending DNS updates. Replacement can be disabled, always enabled, or limited to clients that did or did not send a name.
Use this with the generated hostname prefix and qualifying suffix when client-provided names are missing, unsafe, or not trusted.
